My partner and I were traveling through Flagstaff on a cross country road trip in a rented camper van and around 9pm we realized something was wrong with the headlights. We stopped at this AutoZone in a last ditch effort to figure it out and Bryson helped us replace the fog light, gave us suggestions on where to take the camper van the next day to have the headlights looked at, and gave us some suggestions on where we could safely park the van overnight to sleep as we weren’t going to make it to our campsite that night. The people at this store are absolutely clueless and extremely rude. They act like they are the only parts store here and you have to indulge their totally rude behavior and hateful attitude
I just had the most horrible customer service experience in decades. I was greeted with a ” What do you need?” I was returning a part that had a lifetime warranty, and the lady was adamant that this is not how it works and then I would not get another part for free. When I was trying to explain to her that this is the same part, I got many replacements for in the past she was very dismissive and was cutting me off.
