I just wanted to let you know that the rewards system at AutoZone is joke. Every time you spend money, whether it be $25 or $250... it qualifies you for 1/5 of a credit towards $20 off. Then, as if we are in control of when we need auto parts... they expire. Got this email today (see pic). 2 things: *Larger purchases should qualify for more credits. I want to recognize and commend the employees at the Pendleton Auto Zone. My most recent experience was so reassuring. My nearly 2 year old battery was not holding a charge. It was replaced for free since it was still under warranty (I wouldn’t have remembered). But it’s the employees I want to give a shoutout to. Thank you so much for taking care and caring. Hopefully I won’t have a lot of reasons to shop there, but when I do, I will.
They had the correct battery in stock was very helpful with information on battery and kit to install. When we did not have the correct tools to remove the battery, they provided us what tools we could borrow and return for no charge Pendleton. Autozone was in Indiana was awesome.
I had an amazing experience at AutoZone in Pendleton today. Jennie was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue quickly. Jennie and Kelston genuinely cared about finding me a solution. It's rare these days to find people that put in the extra effort. I am so grateful. Thank you- you really made a difference!
