Love that the store has later hours for 9-5ish working folks. Has most everything you'll need. Tonight, Caleb B. went above and beyond to make sure my wife's everyday vehicle had a new battery and was fit for travel. Was so nice to have an employee take the time to politely care and save us from some hassle.
Great experience! Beth took care of me when my parts didn’t arrive to the store as expected. The associates did a good job communicating with me throughout the process and even though they didn’t come in as expected I would purchase from them again. I visit the store frequently and I feel like the service is always good.
Caleb at the Auburn IN location was amazingly helpful and very knowledgeable! I appreciate the service at this location. This is the reason I keep coming back for my car needs: Terrific customer service!!!
