Brandon at AutoZone in Collierville was awesome\! He helped me replace my headlight and made the whole process quick and easy\. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional, and I really appreciated him taking the time to help me out\. Great customer service—definitely deserves recognition\!

Bought an item from the store. The product was not working, so I went back inside and asked the three guys standing behind the counter talking if any of them could come check it out. All three said no. As I turned towards the doors to go back outside unassisted, Justin Mensi entered the store. That’s where everything changed.
