Bought an item from the store. The product was not working, so I went back inside and asked the three guys standing behind the counter talking if any of them could come check it out. All three said no. As I turned towards the doors to go back outside unassisted, Justin Mensi entered the store. That’s where everything changed. He said, “cmon man let’s check it out!” It ended up being a defective product which he switched out and got everything to work in just minutes, all with an amazing attitude.
