About an hour into my 8 hour roadtrip I hit a grill top (like a cooking grill, no idea why it was in the road lol) I had no idea what to do so I went to the closest autozone and Mike was so understanding and helpful. He helped me detach my broken fender. there were other parts underneath my car, hanging and dragging, that Mike was able to reach and fix for me. Mike D is a superstar and needs a raise!! Was on a road trip and got into some trouble and he was able to help us get back on the road!
Mike was extremely unprofessional and rude. Didn’t want to help change windshield wipers . The manager? Nahhh that’s crazyyyy . We won’t be back .
