Just stopped in to get a headlight. They could not have been more unhelpful and rude to me about it. Completely unacceptable interaction.
Very disappointing experience at the Germantown AutoZone. I went in for help with testing the 12V battery in my Toyota Highlander Hybrid, and they wouldn’t even take a look at it or attempt to help. They said it had to be off the vehicle to even look at it. I then went to the Collierville location, and the experience was completely different.
