Went in this afternoon for a battery replacement, and had THE best customer service from all the guys that were working. They got my battery changed, and I remembered I needed a new headlight and got it changed too. It was a million degrees out today by the way and he changed the battery and headlight with a smile!! Not to mention I passed dozens of Auto Zone’s living in Harbortown. I’ll forever make the trek to Germantown because of the gentlemen that were working today. 10/10 service!!
Had trouble starting my jeep and knew it was maybe time to replace my battery. Stopped in after work and both workers I worked with were very kind and the experience was quick and painless. I will say not having a father figure, I get really anxious about getting my car looked at or going to shops because it’s not always comfortable and the people can be rude or take advantage. An auto parts store that actually had the fuses I needed for the F-150 I was driving at the time. Allowed me to get the power socket I needed up & running so I can recharge the phone an iPad I need for getting my job done
Erick D is the man. Found me the correct fog and low beam lights. Ask could he put them in. YEAH ! Had a little trouble but got it done. All EE,'s could take some lessons from him
