I took my truck there to have the battery tested because it had to be jumped off in order to start. The kid who tested it told me the battery was fine and that I probably needed an alternator. I didn't believe him. I took the truck to my mechanic where I was told the cells in my battery were all dried out and any car savvy person should have been able to tell that the battery was toast. Not only did he get the answer to the price and avilabliity but he was so darn nice I could not believe it.
