The customer service from Ben at this location waa awesome! Its never a fun experience to have a dead car battery but once I was jumped and made it here Ben had a new battery installed for me within 10 minutes. O'Reilly down the street was useless as usual and said they couldnt install my battery . GO BEN! :)
I just left the store in Hendersonville on W Main Street. A gentleman sitting on stool and another young kid sweeping. The one man asked what he could help me find and asked for sun visor for my jeep. He acted like it was such a bother but showed me where in store and said visors are universal which is what I already own and does not work in my jeep. He was like that is what universal is that it will fit any vehicle which is not true those do not fit my Jeep window and he had such a attitude that I said thanks for your help ... read more
