Great store!! Values customers Great store, very nice and helpful. The staff will go out of their way to help you. One of their managers named "Daniel" stayed after hours to help me fix my car. It needed a belt and was very hard to get to because I had a sideways motor. Not to mention it was almost 20 degrees and snowing when he got my car fixed.
Runaway!!!!! Not saying all Auto Zone stores are bad. The manager, Brian at Johnson City Tn. store located on Market St. SUCK! I was lied to, SCREAMED at, jerked around and left the store crying. This was on going for a couple of months until I spoke to someone at another A. Z. in Jonesborough Tn. who helped me the first time and they were very nice.
