Ive been here several times due to battery issues. A different location sold me the wrong battery twice. This location fixed it but while I was here they had an error trying to refund my core charge. The young man called the assistant manager over for help. The assistant manager said "im tired and dont want to be here" and he walked away without helping us. The cashier did call, what I assume was, the store manager and he was able to resolve the issue. Im on battery #5, 2 wrong batteries, 2 bad batteries. Im hoping this one ... read more
Took an hour to buy and replace battery, they told me it would be 10 minutes max. They even ensured me this after I said I was in a time crunch. Broke something off when replacing the battery and made ME purchase it which took even longer. It’s 100 degrees outside and the employee was struggling and was not once offered help by others. Won’t be returning. Go to O’Reillys across the street.
Some employees have great knowledge about how to do there job and are always willing to help. I also like there reward system.
