Horrible customer service. I waited in line for about 10 minutes. one guy was helping a customer the other guy just kept answering the phone knowing that he had customers in line waiting to check out. I put my merchandise down and said this is ridiculous that you're taking phone calls while you have customers in line waiting to check out. They didn't even acknowledge the fact that I had said that so I walked out. I will never shop at AutoZone ever again. I will only shop at O'Reillys from here on out.
