Great customer service previously. Had a completely different experience today at this AutoZone and I was totally surprised. The man at the counter said he couldn't loan out the engine code reader that it was too expensive and he didn't have the staff to help us. He also said he couldn't let us borrow a 10 mil socket for us to disconnect the battery and get our car restarted. Thankful for the AutoZone customer with the big truck that got us jumped and on our way home. Isn't it an AutoZone service to loan out basic tools?
Eric at the Wentzville store was extremely helpful and kind Great customer service.
Got there at 7:55pm just to get a spark plug. As I was getting up to the door I watch a gentleman rush to it and lock it up for the day. Ended up buying on Amazon as it will just come the next day
Susan was awesome! I know nothing about cars and she helped me tremendously. She looked at my car, told me what I needed and was even willing to do it herself! She showed me what to do and talked me through it. We weren't able to do everything at the store because my car was too hot but she sent me home with detailed instructions on what to do. Shoutout Thomas too he was a nice kid and gave me some advice too. All around great staff
