Almost all the employees are very nice, but like in life, there are exceptions to every rule... They keep this store well stocked, as it feeds a very busy and growing section of Wentzville... I'm not always excited about their pricing on some things, but their convenience to me,out weighs that... Overall 4 and a half STARS
Just had an awesome experience with this store. Bought a set of wiper blades and the difference in design had me second guessing, went inside and was able to get help from one of the employees. Super awesome guy, and he was super cool bout coming out to help me
We have a 2007 Corvette and the battery went dead. I called Autozone in Wentzville and explained it to the lady that answered the phone that we had just got it started and could they possibly put a battery in right away. She said yes right away to help us out. A gentleman named Lynn came out and put the battery in right there. I am very particular about my car but no worries with Lynn, he took special care taking the old one out and a new one in. Great Job. Thank you

They had the parts I needed, but this store could use some real help all around. Place was very dirty and poorly merchandised, and the worst part was I was waiting with several other people for some assistance while one seemingly new and poorly trained employee was working the counter on a Saturday. Meanwhile, manager Susan could be heard making outbound sales calls behind the counter, not interested in taking a moment to help the folks who were standing around in her store waiting for a long time.
