Not as helpful as I think they should be!! I guess they just see a woman come and a don't think they need to help her and can stand at the counter and "visit" with the men. After about 5 minutes looking for a part, someone finally came and asked if I needed help. This young man was helpful, but already had a bad taste. I got what I needed and left. PROS: Had what I needed CONS: Too busy to help a woman
