I have to give a huge shout out to Charles at autozone! I am a commercial customer At there store and I have to say Charles always goes up and beyond to help my shop when we need there help and I am grateful for that especially in today’s world and how messed up it is. I am from Alabama and I am a truck driver. I woke up about 1:00am to the smell of sulfur. A battery in my truck was on the verge of exploding. After spending the next 6 hours trying to figure out how I was going to get this fixed and make my delivery appt at 8:00 am I found Charles at this AutoZone location. Long story short, Charles and his team at AutoZone were a Godsend! The brought me out 4 batteries to the truck stop and took my old batteries for the core charge. Friendly and helpful
Never have what we need. The staff is not much help looking for certain things and some of them cant even search the computer. Please do better. I have seen more customers come our frustrated then being helped!
I had such a great experience at AutoZone! I stopped in to get my battery checked, and everything from start to finish was smooth and stress-free. The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. I had my two little ones with me, so I was expecting a long, stressful visit—but I was in and out in just 20 minutes!
