Went to this location today as I suspected my battery was having issues. Will, the store associate, offered to test the battery for me. Ultimately, I had to have it replaced which he helped me with. He was very knowledgeable, and gave me advice on if I were to run into similar issues again. Always appreciative of nice people and good service!
It was so cold out and the young gentleman Will and Phyllis were super great. It was so nice to have people like them who can help someone that has no clue how to change a light in my jeep. Thanks guys you the bomb!! Also need to give a shout out the the man Don who had the height and the long skinny fingers to slide that bulb where it needed to go!! Thanks leanardtown AutoZone for a job well done. Whoop whoop!!
I needed a new battery for my truck. I called the Leonardtown MD store and they had one in stock. I showed up and was helped immediately by Will, one of the techs there. He was very knowledgeable and recommended a battery for my make and model. I didn't have the proper tools so he installed it for me! With that kind of customer service that store gained a customer for life.
Today I needed a new battery for my Toyota van. I dealt with Will, who was extremely helpful in explaining options of batteries available and that I needed a few small things for installation. I really appreciated that he installed the new one. Will was very friendly, courteous, & professional.
