I bought a muffler from this store and I was charged twice for one item. they refused to reimburse me for the second charge.
Was in a completely bad situation with my car as usual but the service of Sean McArthur, I was able to get home 400 miles away and he saved me another 500 dollars or service and taught me how to fix the problem, y'all should give him a raise, real talk !!!!
The employees here are incompetent at best. My fiancé calls and gives the woman on the phone our car info for rotors and brake pads & was told they would be waiting at the counter, when I arrived that employee was in a hurry to run out the door & never pulled the parts. The man there pulled the parts & gave me a 10% discount which I thought was great customer service until I got home & my fiancé pulls the brakes & rotors off of my car and realizes they sold us the wrong parts, at this point they were closed.
