I came in for a 12V battery replacement. The part was out of stock, but the employee said if I paid for expedited shipping, they’d have it the next day and install it. I specifically asked if he was sure they could do the install. He said yes, no problem. The next day, the store was chaos. Half the staff were huddled around one computer trying to sort out someone’s return.
