I needed a part for a motorhome that they can't look up but he did listen to me and was trying his best to help. Wish I had gotten his name because he did go above the help you normally get when it's not something in the computer. I was a parts and service manager my whole career. This was at the Bel Air, MD store
They had what I needed. In n out with no issues.
My Opinion - and only limited to this particular store - is that the store has been in general declined from a service and knowledge perspective. Paid 150% more and expedited shipping for a part that was presented to me as aluminum - but was plastic and also arrived slightly damaged. Business side manager unreasonable at best - argument seems to be her specialty.
