Manager refused to honor loaner policy. Claimed item was not a loaner despite being listed on their placemat at the counter as a loaner. Older guy with glasses was not helpful and making up his own rules.
The older guy with glasses and white hair gets a little rude . Better off coming to this location when the younger guys are working. The 2 that drive chevy pickups have always taken time to help me and answer any questions that I have.
