i’ve never returned back to this place. I’m so frustrated with how I’m treated. I go in there spending money and I was treated incredibly terrible. I was mocked. guys behind the counter we’re laughing the entire time making fun of us, etc. then they proceed to follow us outside continuing laughing using foul language and had use of marijuana
I went to your store at 2215 Hanover Pike, Hampstead, MD 21074, and the manager refused to honor a battery that was under warranty. He said that because I had let the car sit over the winter, that the warranty was void. I asked if I could see where it says that the Warranty becomes void after the car sits for too long during the winter months.
