I had fantastic customer service at the Rice Lake AutoZone last weekend! I needed a new battery because my dad‘s truck wouldn’t start without a jump. After I pulled in and parked, the truck was completely dead. Ken stayed late from his shift to help me out in the cold rain. He installed the new battery within about 10 minutes. Thank you, Ken!
Went in at 9 AM looking for a specific item. I quickly realized this item was out of stock, but the worker who has worked there for many years told me it would be coming in on their freight truck that just arrived and to come back later in the afternoon and it’ll be on the shelf.
