Employees though they knew more than me about my own car and did not listen to what I said, I got the wrong part, went back to let them know and they just convinced me it was the right part. Now I have to take a trip back again to return the part and my car is still overheating.

Very knowledgeable, I went in there to buy a certain type of motor oil. The clerk was very knowledgeable about the best type and best price.
Tiffany was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She got me squared away with all 3 wiper blades I needed. Jessica was also super knowledgeable and when Tiffany needed assistance they both worked together so well. It’s extremely refreshing to see a whole team of store employees that work so well together and can ask each other questions and learn together. Tim helped me get a preliminary diagnosis on my car because my check engine light is on. He explained things thoroughly about that, and also showed me a few accessory products for my car. He was very knowledgeable. I did purchase an item he recommended. Also, Tiffany explained how she can detail my car to remove smoke odors from the previous owner. That was helpful, too.
