I was in Hartford Wisconsin on Sunday when my six-year-old battery decided to die. Went to AutoZone where Rose took all my information then went over with me my choices for a new battery. I had some tools but one bold was rusted on and could not break it free I went back in to AutoZone told Rose my predicament and without saying a word she set me up with metric wrenches and loaned me what I needed to complete the install of the new battery.
