Stopped in after work today needing a bulb for my brake light. Jordan P greeted me right away, offered to install it for me. He replaced both sides and made sure to give me the one that hadn't burnt out yet as a spare just in case. He was awesome! Great price, excellent service! Will definitely be back next time I need anything for my car. Thank you, again, Jordan!
Courteous and friendly staff
The workers were very unprofessional, one was just standing outside having a cigarette in the front of the store.
Last Thursday, my husband and I were in Onalaska for an appt when we found ourselves with a dead battery. We turned to Auto Zone for some assistance, and Steven could not have been more helpful!! He got us enough charge to make it home and was able to reassure us it was our battery,not the alternator. He asked if we needed anything else, if we were OK on gas, etc. He was so helpful and we truly felt like he wanted to make sure we were OK. Would highly recommend the Onalaska Auto Zone for all your vehicle needs!! Thanks again... read more
