We were 12 hours from home when a critical part failed in our car. Against recommendations to drive the car due to it possibly being unsafe, we were able to make it to the Autozone store in Sturgeon Bay. They did not have a replacement part in stock, but they ordered the part and said that it would arrive the same day between 4 and 5 p.m. While waiting for the part to arrive, I did more research on the problem and began to suspect that the Autozone store had ordered the wrong part. Fast service, very nice man
excellent help had to call for an issue and the fella there able to get me the information and the part as i came into town and did scan to verify the symptom and had the right part in stock did repair in the lot and on the road 10 minutes.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We went back and forth several times, received wrong parts multiple times, we live around 30 minutes away from auto zone and we were told we could pick up the parts we needed and return the other ones later free of charge seeing as we were already in town, and were required a second purchase even though they AGAIN were the ones who gave us the wrong parts. (another trip)
