I've been an AutoZone customer since I moved to town in 2008. I've been to several locations and appreciate the fact that they honor warranty easily and have good availability typically. The only reason I gave it four stars is one guy at the Lineville store is consistently rude and seems inconvenienced by me when I have a question. I've been a professional mechanic for over 20 years, so I usually call or arrive with part numbers, so I struggle to understand the issue. Whatever. 4 stars.
Gary Reitz helped us with air conditioner. Awesome customer service. It was hot out too. Took the time to show us how and helped us. Great experience. Thank you.

Went in for a free checkup, they were very helpful and were able to fix my battery problem very quickly.
Okay I walk into this store one time and I will be honest were chatting away and did bother helping me the first time. But ever since that first time they have been awesome. Every time I walk in they ask me what I might be looking for and help me out quickly. The guy at the counter was super friendly and quite funny. But also made sure I didn't blow up my motorcycle and explained how to use the product I was buying. Thank you for having great employees and helping me out!
