Worst Customer Service EVER! I wanted to support our local AutoZone store but Dave, the Manager convinced me to NEVER shop there again. I ordered an Alternator on Sunday, even though Advance had one in stock, simply to honor a good initial experience with Dave and his diagnosis of a bad Alternator. I just stopped in for some car wax and David, the manager, was really friendly and helpful and took the time to explain which was the best wax, why he thought it was the best and then showed me where all of the accessories that I needed were too. He worked with a smile the whole time. Great experience here!
