Faribault Autozone on 12-30-21 at 5:24pm was closed after advertising they were open until 8pm per web page. I was there at 4:30pm they gave me the wrong part, so I drove back into town to get my money back and when I was walking up to the door they shut off lights and had doors locked while the big guy with black curley hair seen me and quickly walked into back room. Today I pulled into AutoZone looking for a battery and a quick install. I didn’t tell them I was in a hurry but the young man with the curly ringlets was absolutely awesome. He suggested looking at it closer to make sure that the battery was the culprit after testing the battery it was at least one of the culprits. There was a lady there that came outside with him it was very helpful and polite as well. I don’t live in Faribault but my daughter does and if I have any needs while I’m in that area I will be going to AutoZone.... read more
Crappy excuse for customer service. My husband was there this morning looking for floor liners for our Hyundai Elantra. My husband didn't think he had to bring a measuring tape but he provided the make and model. They were rude, dismissive and entirely unhelpful. We found what we needed at Amazon. We don't recommend Autozone/Faribault. Stay away.
