I went into autozone today to get a battery and ralph the store manager took great care of me! He installed my new battery for me and was extremely professional and detail oriented, he did such a great job i’m thankful for his help!
Great experience they knew what i wanted help me install it and got me back on the road in under 10 minutes
Dealing with these people shaved a few years off my life. I used to visit AutoZone for most all needs, but that was in Texas. Shout out to the employee that realized a leaking and smoking battery isn't safe, but not to the Commercial guy who tried to hand it back to me. I'm thankful it worked out, it was exchanged with further inspection..but I still waited hours for them to test and charge what I told them from the start was a smoky/faulty battery.
