I visited this store recently and had a great experience working with Manager Samuel. He answered all my questions patiently and gave me great tips to handle my concerns. I will visit this location in the future for sure. excellent customer service!
I stopped by the AutoZone on Manhattan in Fort Collins after buying my 16-year-old daughter her first car and needed help replacing the interior dome lights. Joseph L went above and beyond. He came out to the car, helped identify exactly what we needed, found the most affordable option, located the products in the store, and even installed them for us. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made both my daughter and me feel well taken care of. Highly recommend working with Joseph!
Great advice on what to buy and why! Installed the item efficiently!
Austyn was able to help me out very quickly. My Jeep Cherokee wasn't reliably starting and required a jump start 80% time in the last week. He tested my battery and then swapped the batteries out after it tested bad. I appreciated the way he explained my options and didn't try to upsell me.
Excellent...knowledgeable and helpful employees. Great job
