This location has horrible customer service. I went to the north location to get a serpentine belt warrantied, but the belt is literally completely gone from the engine bay. And the north store was going to honor the warranty anyways but didnt have any replacements in stock. So they sent me to this store that had 1 in stock, but this store wouldnt honor the warranty for me and forced me to pay for the belt. And if I wasnt in such a bind with needing it immediately, I would not have supported this location and wouldve went so... read more
