Was turned away at a competitor who didn't wanna replace my battery. Brought it to Autozone, not only did they replace it but did so with outstanding customer service. The whole team was great and very personable, but special shout out to Jeff who did the battery replacement, whatever you're paying him, triple it. Seamless experience, great customer service!
When you arriveat 9am you'll realize that no one's there and the doors are locked. Yes, the sign on the door says they opened at 8 and so does Google... It's always a pleasure to drive over 30 minutes to get somewhere that's supposed to be open when they're not. Maybe this will bring attention to the regional manager about the unprofessionalism of the store!
My Mom and I came in to purchase some fuses hoping to solve a climate control panel issue. We had difficulties finding/replacing the fuses and all of the staff members jumped right in and assisted us. Everyone went above and beyond normal customer service. Thank you all so much. We will highly recommend you to everyone we know!
