Management is an absolute joke. They focus on profit over everything, talking down to customers on both diy and commercial when annoyed. The leeway you’re given depends on how liked you are, so you could get away with no call no shows, or nothing at all. Store manager comes and goes as he pleases, lies about the schedule, and goes out of his way to fire people he doesn’t like for illegal reasons. I’ll attach a video and picture where he schedules himself and never shows. You’ll notice his black truck is nowhere to be seen.
