Never in my life have I gone into an autozone where an employee has made me feel stupid. I asked if he had a specific part for my car and acted as if I didn’t know exactly what part of MY car doesn’t work. I know people have bad days but theres no need to be passive aggressive. The way he interacted with me was in such a belittling way. I walked out and didn’t purchase anything.
The gentleman at this store just saved me $145 by having the parts I needed and installing them for me at no extra charge! What a blessing that was! The only auto parts store I’m going to from now on! Thank you guys!
Perry was super kind and helpful!
