Do not go to this AutoZone!!! The customer service is lousy!! Went there to get a battery and we were ignored. We stood there waiting for the clerk to finish counting her drawer, she finally finished, snapped at us about the make and model of the vehicle, checked the battery and said it’ll needed to be charged and was done with us. We said we wanted a new battery and she stormed off. Brought the battery to the counter and proceeded to slam the battery on the counter!! No way will we ever go back!!
We had a very unfortunate experience with an employee a couple of weeks ago while trying to order an item that was still under warranty. After over a week of waiting on the item with no estimated delivery date we were able to speak with Kalee regarding our experience. Kalee and her team went above and beyond to rectify the previous situation/interaction and ensure we received the item we had ordered. Staff is rude and unprofessional. We called to order a strut that was still under warranty; when we called Nadia, told us that she couldn’t find the warranty. She stated that we didn’t have an active warranty and that we had never purchased a left strut. Account shows both the left and the right strut were purchased on the same transaction.
