Service was amazing. I went for a new battery and was quickly helped and even replaced it for me. I was able to shop for deals while waiting. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The fact that I saw reviews from two separate people go unbothered (but not the ones that didn’t matter) by the higher ups at this place(no reply or check in) and skipped over but the manager got to keep his job after treating people/employees the way he does is crazy. Do better. Also now the reviews mysteriously have disappeared. 🤔
On 1/21/26 the team at Auto Zone came to our rescue by replacing the dead battery in our Jeep Wrangler. They attempted to recharge the one we already had, but it wouldn’t take a charge. They were very considerate and offered us chairs to sit in while we waited. Overall, they were professional, friendly, and accommodating. Excellent service.
