Rented an a/c vac last month, the guy that was there when i rented it was super nice and professional. Unfortunately 3 stars, because the old decrepit looking guy that was there when i tried to return it today told me that since the receipt was faded there was nothing he could do and my 200 dollars was lost to the void. Went to the leeds store and they returned both the can of freon that didn't work and the vac with no problems. Had battery checked! Said it was ok. Next day it went completely out?
I came to Autozone with some electrical issues and was immediately greeted by Joseph. He tested my battery and let me know that it was bad but it was luckily under warranty. He took care of me and quickly put in the new battery and wore the proper PPE. He has amazing customer service and took care of me in a timely manner, he deserves a raise, I have never seen a parts guy this knowledgeable and so willing to help. Everyone else was in the back talking and rude when I asked for paper towels.
