Two gentlemen working today. Watched me struggle with my wipers in the rain. Lucky for me there were some young guys that tried to help me. I was 45 minutes from home in my son’s jeep and could not see to drive. Finally after coming inside drenched , one of the older gentleman said “when rain slacks up he could look” it was by no means pouring…. I worked at auto zone when I was younger at 19 we put on a rain jacket and helped customers as a courtesy. We were prepared on rainy days to have an influx of customers needing wiper... read more
Clean and easy to find the parts i needed. Everything was stocked when I last visited. I think the most helpful part is the part books they have hanging around everywhere. You find your part on your own pretty easy. Customer service wasn't bad at all granted all I did was check out at the counter and found the part on my own.
