I had come in for a battery warranty for a customer of mine and the workers including the manager were very rude, rushing me and got mad at us.
Clean store organized however the lasyest staff ever no urgency to help anyone. Friendly but no costumer service skills
One of my headlight bulbs quit working. I went to get replacement bulbs. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sara explained and showed me what was wrong, replaced the bulbs and thoroughly explained what she did and what I needed. She knows her stuff, answered all my questions and I left there feeling like I learned something. Exceptional service!
