I was so impressed by the customer service at Enterprise Auto Zone. Amber and David were so helpful over the phone and in person. They were very knowledgeable and were great at communicating! They made the experience painless and I actually enjoyed speaking with them. Highly recommend!
I went to autozone after a minor repair to erase a code so I wouldn't have to re learn my accelerator coordination on my ECU. So I hook up their OBD11 scanner and I can't erase my codes because all their scanner does is print out. In other words, they let me borrow an OBD scanner that won't clear codes so they can sell me more parts. And it wasted my time. And I was traveling. As a retired mechanic I don't recommend Autozone.
