Where do i start! I walked in with an exhaust pipe, I need a gasket for it, the guy can’t help me because he can’t get past the year make and model, mind you, I have the pipe in hand, all he has to do is measure it to get the right size, he looked as if I just asked him to solve equations to solve the age of the universe. He gets the manager and equally older guy that you’d think he know what to do, lo and behold, he didn’t know how to measure a pipe for a gasket, I tell him how to measure and he hands me the measuring tape ... read more
I had the most wonderful experience with Bart the store manager. I was given the wrong alternator from the manufacturer and it wouldn't fit in my car. He had no problem exchanging it for a new one and making sure I was well taken care of. Thank you so much Bart for the support.
