Friendly folks
Jose. J saved the day! I had over an 8 Hour drive and my battery was dead. I went to advanced auto parts to try to change my battery but they mentioned I would have to go to the dealership to get it done. I came in to AutoZone looking for a self starting jumper cables. Once I let Jose know my situation he acted with urgency & in the end he changed my battery & saved me a trip to the dealership. Now I can drive comfortably!!! 10/10
If I could leave 10 stars I would! Heather, Shelby and Robert were absolutely amazing and helpful beyond words! I will never go anywhere else for my cars needs! Friendly fast service and knowledgeable about the parts and vehicles.
