This AutoZone is absolutely fantastic at customer service. 5 stars is not enough. Jaden in particular is incredibly professional, helpful and kind. My daughter, who is a college student, stopped in there on her way home from a 50 minute commute with an issue with her car that was making it virtually undriveable. We are 10 hours away and felt very helpless. Jaden immediately assessed the issue and fixed it for her quickly and sent her safely on her way. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the service I received at Auto Zone in Easley, I thought I must! I left for school drop-off with an almost dead battery, headed straight to Auto Zone, and arrived when the doors opened at 7:30am. I was greeted by the manager who was knowledgeable, friendly, funny (at 7:30am), and quick to find the battery I needed. Best shop ever! Alan hooked my car to the computer and was able to tell me exactly what was wrong! And even found the part for me! He made sure I had all the proper tools and my cars running great now!
