The staff are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
it was completely horrible!!!!!! I was given the run around all day by being told another autozone location had my part 3 different times.i wasted 40 dollars in gas and over half my day.
This AutoZone is absolutely fantastic at customer service. 5 stars is not enough. Jaden in particular is incredibly professional, helpful and kind. My daughter, who is a college student, stopped in there on her way home from a 50 minute commute with an issue with her car that was making it virtually undriveable. We are 10 hours away and felt very helpless. Jaden immediately assessed the issue and fixed it for her quickly and sent her safely on her way.
