We experienced car trouble while road-tripping & came to Chester Auto-Zone thinking it was a battery issue. The staff helped us rule out many things & said it was best to not drive the car. They helped refer us to a tow company, provided us chairs to sit in while we waited, & even gave my girls water & offered snacks during the wait. Highly encouraged that there are nice people in this world & would gladly return to this store to shop!
The men here where awesome! Greeted me as soon as I came in the door, asked me if I needed any help and smiled the whole time! Im not from sc but these gentlemen showed true southern hospitality! Blessings to them!
The attitude, the looks and the and the avoidance from the people that work there.They need to switch the employees.. They need to send the employees to different stores.. like do rotation so the employees don't feel like they own a particular store..
