I had an absolutely wonderful experience at AutoZone thanks to Jordan. He was incredibly thorough, kind, polite, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He was on top of everything, paid attention to the details, and made sure I was taken care of. You can tell he cares about helping people, and that kind of customer service makes all the difference, you don’t see that very often. Jordan is exactly what retail needs more of. Timothy was very very helpful!!very professional and nice.had a situation that I couldn't do Timothy came thur!! He is the man of the hour!! Thanks Timothy.
We experienced car trouble while road-tripping & came to Chester Auto-Zone thinking it was a battery issue. The staff helped us rule out many things & said it was best to not drive the car. They helped refer us to a tow company, provided us chairs to sit in while we waited, & even gave my girls water & offered snacks during the wait. Highly encouraged that there are nice people in this world & would gladly return to this store to shop!
The men here where awesome! Greeted me as soon as I came in the door, asked me if I needed any help and smiled the whole time! Im not from sc but these gentlemen showed true southern hospitality! Blessings to them!
