I experienced super service when I purchased a car battery here a few weeks ago. The store manager, Troy Jackson, saw to it that I understood the battery warranty and although I could have installed the new battery, he had a store associate install it. The core battery charge was refunded immediately and by the time I received the receipt the excellent store associate had completed the installation.
