Came in for a battery switch out after purchase. They told me they would switch it out for me, then by the end of the transaction they said they couldn’t due to a “computer reset”. The only options for batteries here are $185 minimum. DONT shop here is you’re on a budget. The two staff that helped me barely spoke to me, very low affect, and clearly wanted me out as soon as possible. Not helpful in the slightest and feel sick to my stomach that half my paycheck is now dumped into a battery sitting in my passenger seat. Thanks... read more
Greg was wonderful! He was quick and knowledgeable changing my windshield wiper.
Kai, Jose and Ken at the Lauren's Rd location were awesome. They were very helpful and were able to get some lightbulbs changed in my daughters car. I couldn't be more happy with the service I encountered with them. The whole experience was 10 stars.
