The manager was very helpful. He put my battery in the car for me. I really appreciate that because I’m disabled thank you guys.
Female cashier screwed me out of almost $800. I’m more than 8 months pregnant and have a toddler. We’re a one vehicle family. My husband needs the car for work. I didn’t realize I was ~$35 short on my card when I ran my card. Instead of asking me if I have another form of payment or if I wanted to cancel the transaction, she decided she was just going to cancel it. The people that are store in Franklinton in our community or simply the Best they go out of their way to help the customers and are very friendly and you never hear them complain there is a young guy with long hair that really helped me out. He helped me by putting the windshield wipers on my truck and helping me with a new battery. They are second to none
Friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised by this actually. Been over a year since last visit. Due to rudeness.
