Easy return
I had to get new windshield wipers and I tried putting the new ones on by myself but couldn't so I went back to autozone in carencro la and I wanted to exchange them because I thought they were the wrong ones. But Nene N was able to figure out to put them on. She was great, polite and determined to help me on this cloudy day with chances of rain. Thank you Nene N.
Ive seemed to have noticed my Honest Review has been removed for a SECOND time so i’ll put my review back up- As a loyal customer who’s been coming to the autozone in carencro for a long time, I have to say the new store manager is a huge step down from the last one store manager-Mike. The previous manager was always helpful, respectful, and really worked hard to make sure customers got great service.
