Very rude sales associate. Unprofessional with no knowledge of company specials and product.
Went into this location to purchase a battery for my 2023 Mazda3 and asked the clerk if they could install the AGM battery I planned on purchasing, he paused and thought about it and then said NO! I’ve had several batteries installed at AutoZone in my lifetime if I purchase it there! Left AutoZone, went to Advanced Auto and found the friendliest person to assist me with no hesitation! I am now a loyal customer of Advanced Auto! Going delete my AutoZone App right now!
