The service from the staff was terrible. I went there because my car was having issues and asked them to hook up the diagnostic tool to see what was wrong, but they told me they didn’t want to get wet and wouldn’t help me. Just a minute down the road, there was an O’Reilly; the guy there was very attentive and helped me immediately—it took less than two minutes to connect the tool and identify the problem, and I bought the part right there. What a difference—and what a disappointment the AutoZone staff turned out to be.
Went to Auto Zone on 9/27/2026 because my car wouldn’t start without a jump Derrick came outside ( with attitude) to give me a diagnostic test say my battery was good and alternator was also good. So I bought a 100$ battery jumper just in case it happened again. Woke up this morning same thing so I took it to my mechanic and she plugged it up with her device and her’s said battery needs to be replaced. Thanks for helping me Chad! You suggested better wiper blades than the ones I chose. You went in the back to get my size when it wasn't on the shelf, and you helped me install the blades.
