Rashawn Abram was extremely helpful to me!! I didnt realize I was very low on oil to the point of damaging my engine! The world would be a better place if we had more fine young men liike Rashawn!!

Super helpful, I went here to get oil for my parents generator during the big snow storm we had in Louisville. They helped me figure out what oil I needed and even some other customers in building too. Thanks for the help was glad my parents didn't need yo use it but it's ready for when they do!
Yesterday I visited this autozone around 6:40pm. The manager was very helpful and fully capable of everything I needed. However, the younger white guy with a beard was pathetic. I was simply swapping out some brake pads because I accidentally purchased the wrong ones. This guy proceeds to tell me that there is nothing he can do to help me, tells the gentleman behind me that he couldn’t do a diagnostic on his vehicle and answers the phone telling that customer that he couldn’t do anything for them. UPDATE- As you see on all the reviews the owner replies with "send us an email" etc. I sent them an email with information and 2 weeks later still no reply. It shows why all the 1 star guest experiences keep happening, they do not actually take action or read their emails. I would stay away from this place. When you first walk in Steve will yell "it will be a while" at you, even though there are only two people in the store and he has no idea what you may need.
