Worst experience I have ever had at AutoZone. I will never return. My family and friends wil go to O'Reilly's auto parts. I am sharing my experience all over social media. I went in to buy a battery. The girl was rude from the start. She did not know what she was doing. She checked my battery with a machine, I knew it was dead, then she asked me why it said the battery was charged but said it was bad. It is so easy to buy a battery here and return the old one. If you go when they have a technician on hand they will even install it for you!
Excelente atencion
New workers don’t work, gone to this store twice recently and it was empty workers left to get food and gas. They seem clueless and helpless.
