Ordered an upper ball joint that was necessary to get to work the next day, the guy on the phone ordered the lower and the correct part won't be in for another day, resulting in missing an alignment/ tire appointment and work. They didn't offer to discount the part or rush the shipping. I guess at least they can get the part, unlike Advanced or O'Reilly...
Phillip Lee and Chris C. were extremely helpful. I stopped by to have a test run on my car, and they both went above and beyond to assist me. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and were very patient throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service.
Yesterday, I went to your store after my malfunction light came on as I drove into Mayfield from Paducah. My van also started driving “rough” so I knew I didn’t need to drive it very far. Matt helped me by using your scanner, etc. He also checked my oil level. I was very impressed with him as he tried hard to help me. Because he didn’t have the parts needed and a “lift” to check further, he suggested I go to Bailey Tire which I did. I highly recommend Matt and your business.
