We were travelling through the area and stopped to get gas and our truck wouldnt start. Young man from autozone came over and jumped us but thought our alternator was bad. Got over into autozone lot and tested everything. Turns out our battery cables were loose. Not sure how they were that loose but possibly darned Ky roads. Young man stayed past his shift to help us! He saved us hundreds of dollars and got us back on the road for our camping trip!

Got oil cap
I called to see if they had a certain oil in stock before I drove all the way there..... The person who answered the phone identified themselves as working in the commercial department..... I explained I was calling to check and see if they had this certain type of oil in stock and his response was.... I dunno, no idea.... Followed by 10 seconds of absolute silence....... Ok, sorry to bother you bud. I'll just check somewhere else. Definitely some WOW customer service for sure Leitchfield AutoZone.
I want to give a huge thank you to Kaleb at AutoZone for going above and beyond with his customer service today. He spent nearly 35 minutes helping me diagnose an A/C issue on my Escalade, taking the time to see if we could simply recharge the system instead of immediately assuming it needed an expensive repair. Kaleb was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help me save money if possible.
