Need to hire knowledgeable people!! Ordered a part!! Called few days later to check if it had come in! Wasn't there, be in later today! Called back few more times over next few days, always the same reply!! Finally asked what problem was with getting part!! Was told if it was ordered it will be here!! They weren't even sure if part had been ordered, after more back and forth found out part was never ordered!! Poor customer service. Attitude when requesting help looking up a part. I don't know if everyone is like this, but don't go looking for help if there's a short haired girl because she's going to be on her phone and give you attitude. Then proceed to rush me to pick which receipt when it had just popped up and I was correcting my email This happened June 27th Friday morning around 8am
Had a battery go bad in the middle of a work trip and they swapped it out for me in a quick and friendly manner and sent me on my way.
