Went to Napa in Brandenburg as I had purchased a motor from the and my engine light had come on. I first asked if they had the device to tell me the code for why the light was on. They said no they didn't have one. WHAT???? How is Napa, an auto supply dealer, not have one??? I then asked for a copy of the warranty for the motor purchased. I was told, no we can't do that. I usually hate going into any type of auto store (I do not know much about cars and feel belittled), but today was very different! Mallory (I'm sorry because I think you spelled it differently, but I do not fully remember from your name tag) and Sarah helped me so much. They helped me figure out the right Recharge to buy and even came out in the rain to put it in my car for me! Thank you for going above and beyond for me!
Had a pretty bad blow out today otw home, called down there and immediately got a guy I think named Landon to come and help me get a new tire and change it, really helped me in a pinch. I'd really choose them out of the other few in town if you need any help whatsoever.
Landon helped me find the right windshield wipers for my Chrysler Pacifica 300 also told me the deals on the wiper fluid so I saved money he also installed them I left very satisfied
